At Helion Apartments the health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.  In addition to our already enforced high standard cleaning processes, we follow very strictly all guidelines and protocols issued by our National Public Health Organization (EODY) as well as our Ministry of Tourism.

• Special training for Covid-19 health and safety measures to all our staff.
• Our staff is supplied with all necessary PPE equipment (masks, disposable gloves, etc).
• Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with professional, certified cleaning products and all fabric surfaces (mattresses, curtains, pillows, etc) are steam cleaned.
• All keys are disinfected and placed in single-use bags.
• All remote controls are disinfected and placed in single-use bags.
• Hand sanitizer is provided in the apartments for your use while staying with us.
• At the pool area sunbeds are set up 2m apart and disinfected after each use.
• For safety reasons no outside visitors are allowed.
• Our reception office operates outdoors.
• Personal details will be asked upon check in, as per our government’s Covid-19 protocol.
